The staff at Cerritos Apartments is excellent. They actively listen to their resident's concerns. I am a vendor, and they treat me like a partner. When our services are needed, we discuss options for the best outcome. I have developed a great relationship with Emily, Alejandro, Vince, and Victor.
They host resident events to unite everyone, and I have never observed an unhappy resident or staff member. From my outsider's perspective, this is an excellent community.

I would like to particularly thank Vincent Harper, my key contact of the apartment who has been very responsible and considerate in many ways on the process of application and leasing. He is also very knowledgeable and resourceful. He always returns missed calls and is very efficient in responding to my questions and requests too.
Emily and Victor are also very friendly and helpful. I feel very pleased with the whole team, knowing they will be there sorting things out for me when needed.
The maintenance crew are wonderful as well. Juan and Francisco are competent and always get their job done in minutes! Thank you!
I’ve been living at this apartment for 4 months now and it has been very pleasant experience. The area is safe and clean while the community is quiet, most of the time.
The management team is responsive, especially Vince. He was my initial contact during the application process for lease and was very helpful which made the process smooth and easy.
The maintenance team here is amazing as well. I had two small maintenance requests, and they were taken care of in timely manner by Francisco.
Further, all the attendance zone schools (Elementary to High School) are over 7 out of 10 in the national school rating.
I highly recommend this apartment, whether you are a single or have children.
I requested maintenance to fix my AC and microwave. The maintenance crew and management responded very quickly. Juan is very efficient, he acted quickly to get it repaired/replaced. Juan and another team member from maintenance replaced the AC as well as the Microwave within an hour's time.
